  • Billing Information: Transaction details and payment preferences required to process your subscription fees. (Note: Actual credit card numbers are handled securely by our payment processors and are not stored on DEC 365 servers).

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

Website Analytics: We collect non-personal data about your website's visitors (e.g., traffic source, page views) to help you understand your visitors.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1. To Provide Our Service

We use your business content to build, manage, update, and optimize your website as part of our "Human + AI" service.

3.2. To Communicate With You

We use your contact information to send you service updates, respond to your requests, and manage your account.

3.3. To Improve Our Service

We analyze website analytics to find opportunities and make strategic improvements to your site.

3.4. Tracking Technologies (Cookies)

  • What They Are: We use industry-standard tracking technologies, such as cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics), on our website.

  • What They Do: These technologies are used to measure the performance of the website, analyze traffic patterns, and collect the non-personal analytical data mentioned in Section 2.2.

  • Your Consent: In compliance with Singapore's PDPA, your use of this website is "Deemed Consent" for us to collect this data. This notice (in our footer and this policy) serves as your notification.

  • Your Control: You have the ability to manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the full functionality of the website.

4.1. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or misuse your personal information or your business content.

4.2. Trusted Third-Party Processors

To provide our service, we share necessary data with trusted third-party providers:

  • Platform Host (Wix.com): Your website data is hosted on Wix's secure servers.

  • Payment Processors: We use providers (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments) to securely process your subscription billing.

  • AI Tools: As part of our "Human + AI" service, we may process your business descriptions using Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., for copywriting or image generation) to create content for your site.

4.3. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law.

5. Data Processing & Your Responsibilities

5.1. Data Roles

  • You (The User) are the "Data Controller." You own all your end-user data and are primarily responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws (like GDPR, CCPA).

  • We (DEC 365) are a "Data Processor." We only process data on your behalf (like setting up analytics) or at your direction (like managing your e-commerce orders).

5.2. Our Commitment to You

As your Data Processor, we will:

 

  • a) Provide clear notification that cookies are in use, typically through a footer notification and this policy.

  • b) Provide you with a list of the standard cookies and trackers (e.g., Wix Analytics, Google Analytics) that we install so you can include this information in your own privacy policy.

5.3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own legally-compliant Privacy Policy for your end-users. This policy must disclose your use of cookies and trackers, as well as any personal information you collect through contact forms, e-commerce, or other features. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

You have the right to access, review, or request deletion of your personal information.
 

6.2. Data Retention & Deletion

 

We store your information as long as you are an active subscriber.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your service, we retain the right to delete your data immediately.

  • Site Preservation: However, in accordance with our Terms of Service, we may (at our discretion) retain your website design and content on a "Free Tier" subdomain to preserve your work for potential reactivation.

  • Hard Deletion: If you wish for your data to be permanently scrubbed from our servers and backups, you must explicitly request this via email at admin@dec365.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law or our service.
