Our regular service includes opening the casing and applying a cleaning solution to the outer components and filter. We use a vacuum to clear the cooling coil of surface dust and the drainage pipe to remove any buildup that can cause water leaks. This entire service is performed with the unit on the wall.
Aircon Chemical Wash
Over time, mold and bacteria create a thick, sticky layer of grime. This makes the unit work much harder to cool the room, causes that musty smell, and chokes the drainage pipe, leading to leakage.
We dismantle and remove the entire indoor unit from the wall, a process known as a chemical overhaul. We apply a specialized chemical solution to the coil and blower fan, and then use a high-pressure jet to flush all built-up grime.

Condenser Servicing
The outdoor unit releases absorbed heat from inside your home. Over time, dust and debris block the fins, causing the cooling performance to fail. We remove the casing to vacuum the fan blades and coils, clearing surface dust to help your unit breathe.
For heavily clogged units, we apply a specialized chemical solution to dissolve deep-seated grime, followed by a high-pressure flush to restore airflow.

Aircon Gas
Air conditioning systems rely on refrigerant (gas) to generate cold air. If levels are low, the system cannot cool effectively, leading to warm airflow and higher energy usage.
We measure your system's operating pressure and top up the required refrigerant, including standard R32 and R410A types, to restore full cooling capacity.
